The National Institute for Play brings the unrealized knowledge, practices and benefits of play into public life through the advancement, advocacy and application of play science. The NIFP draws on research from across disciplines to help define the field of play science and advocates for a better understanding of the breadth and depth of play science. The NIFP also translates play science research findings into play-based techniques for maintaining health and wellness, building relationships and community, enriching education and stimulating corporate innovation.
